1. Course Purchases
All course purchases made through our website are considered final once the payment has been successfully completed.
Because our courses provide digital educational content and online learning access, we generally do not offer refunds after course access has been provided.

Once you purchase a course and receive access to the course materials, no refund or cancellation request will normally be accepted.

We will first try to resolve the issue and restore your course access.
Technical problems that can be resolved by providing access, login assistance, or an alternative method of accessing the course will generally not qualify for a refund.

After successful payment, course access may be provided through your registered account.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and ensuring that the email address and other information provided during registration are correct.
6. Unauthorized Sharing
Course content, videos, PDFs, recordings, login credentials, and other learning materials are intended only for the registered student.
Sharing, distributing, copying, recording, reselling, or providing access to course materials to another person may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.
7. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved by us, it will normally be processed through the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment gateway and banking processing timelines.
